ok i have various videos i need a certain rate of plays on each video daily. from 200/day up to 1000/day. the views need to be mostly from usa, canada, and europe. but can be displaced anywhere else other then asia, africa, and middle east. payments will be based on milestones. a trial will be required to win the contract and for me to release first milestone. if work is good i will pay prior to work on second batch of plays. i do not want u to be using sites that will show up in the youtube info. i know people have been using these sites now. and then i go to youtube data and it has 1000 views from www.something.com. here are current rates. if u cannot offer me these rates. do not bid. currently we have 150 videos running. so read carefully. do not waste your time or my time bidding or leaving a message if you cannot fulfill the requirements. .
im paying around $4/1000 i will not go much higher then this. most of the deals i have are for milestones of
10k.
you must do sample of 2 days or show me past data to win contract
so requirements again
1. nothing in asia, or china
2. need daily plays or it has to appear as if there are daily plays. in other words u cannot post up 2k plays in one day.
3. rate of $4/1000 views.
4. no play websites that will show up in youtube data on the video page can be use. i dont care if u use sites that dont show up in data. or if twitter youtube facebook show up i also dont care. it could say 5k plays from facebook. or any of those sites. the plays have to look like they are generated from those sites or just from people on internet.
