I have a total of 19 Illustrator files that I need help with. I am posting one of my files and the jpg output. My problem is the vector .ai file is a single line when I view outline it should be 2 lines. Look as it does in the jpg output. I have tried to got to object-->expand and it fixes the vector with the 2 lines. But the vector is not smooth and connected like the jpg output.
