I want to parse a few python library's documentation to JSON format. The format is as the attached. And I want to start with scikit-learndocuments (Repo: [url removed, login to view] , Source code: [url removed, login to view], Webpage: [url removed, login to view] ). You will also receive sample doc after I award this task. This task will need multiple contractors to work on separate projects.

1. Deliver first results
