Email Address List Research and Collection from Excel List of Dealership Names, City, and State - open to bidding

Hello,
I proposed to email to you one Excel list at a time of 500 Dealerships per list that already have the name of dealerships and their respective city and state locations in the U.S.
The list will have a column for email addresses and we would like the email addresses of key staff members (General Manager, Used Car Manager, Salespersons) to be found on the websites of the named dealerships.
Method of search anticipated is to Google Search by inserting each dealership name and the respective listed City and State of that dealership so that the dealership website can be accessed.
For example, Google Search: “ABC Dealership staff or contact in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.” [quotes not needed].
Putting in staff or contacts should make it easier to get to the people listed on the website.
Then click on the dealership website. At the dealership website, click on the "Contact" Tab or "Staff" list on the dealership website in order to find email addresses for:
(i) General Manager,
(ii) Used Car Manager,
(iii) Internet Sales Manager, and
(iv) Salespeople.
Then please add these email addresses into the column corresponding to the dealership you are searching. Format for adding them is with semi-colons between them so that it will be easy for my office to assemble the emails into a list that can be emailed to many people at the same time.
I have researched a few hundred of these but I need the rest done so I need help.
You might want to have a team work on this since there are so many. It will be up to you to tell me how much you can accomplish in 30 days or less. That will allow me to determine if I should hire a few more persons to work on separate lists.
I have allocated and would like to assign as many as 7,000 Dealerships for you to search, but I would provide the Excel lists one at a time with 500 dealers listed per list and once you finish one list and email it to me we could decide to move on to the next list. If this can go well, I have several thousand more that I need to have completed.
