Interactive Map Design

We have a data on hand that we would like to design into an interactive Canadian map. This map would include:
• Approximately 250 points on a map
• 8 pieces of data per point on the map
The data is on hand in .csv files. We would mainly like help with:
• Interactive design elements
• Working with the designer to create a web-friendly map that can be shared and data updated from time to time
We would prefer to find someone with experience in data visualization and user experience.
