Need EXCEL File Converted To PSD (CS5)

I have a long Excel file that was designed to be a HOMEPAGE (Main Sales Page) for my website.
I have all the text, fonts, pictures perfectly in place in the EXCEL file and now I need to have this converted over into PSD.
I need to have this EXCEL file perfectly converted to a PSD CS5 file , while preserving the exact spacing, text, fonts, pictures, etc….this file will then be given to my developer to upload as my homepage.
Should be very easy for the experienced Photoshop expert.
1. You will need to add basic effects (shadow, framing, text) to the pictures I provide.
2. I will provide the original Excel file, as well as the raw pictures (jpeg or PNG format).
3. You must also resize the pictures and keep the UTMOST sharpness in the fonts , text and pictures as this will be my HOMEPAGE.
4. File must be duplicated EXACTLY as the original EXCEL file (text, fonts, coloring, spacing, pictures, etc).
5. Other instructions or revisions as needed.
6. Will need to provide me the final completed PSD file, as well as a large JPEG reproduction of the PSD homepage for my review and any corrections.
7. Final product must be flawless, professional, and sharp.
8. Subject to my review, corrections and revisions prior to payment release.
