Overview:
Launch a branded “Online store” that will only be available through five domains (.com / .[url removed, login to view] / .[url removed, login to view] / .[url removed, login to view] / .ie).
The website will sell less than 50 products, so it will be specialised, yet retail focused.
The website must provide an engaging and painfree experience for new and existing customers.
Customers can purchase one off, or subscription to the product.
The website will have intergration to the warehouse (Provide functionality for warehouse staff to receive and update order details)
Contact / Support - Customers can contact the support team via LiveChat and phone
SKU - Provide functionality for the business to update products, content etc with ease
Tracking - Enable order tracking via local couriers
Accounting - Link orders & customers directly with accounting software (Xero or Sassu)
Payment - Use [url removed, login to view] for payment processing
Marketing - Sync customer info to an email marketing tool for automated messaging (Mail Chimp)
