Create An Adsense Website Earning $50+ per day through Adsense. I'm looking for a very experienced professional that is a reliable Google Adsense website creator and is able to create an Adsense site that must generate $50+ USD per day.

You will be responsible for writing unique SEO optimized content, complete configuration of the website.
Website must be developed with excellent design, use of Wordpress is preferred.
Site MUST adhere to the following:
1. Provide precise overview and detailed plan before starting the project, and some sample articles for my review.
2. Contain unique content with unique posts/articles for one year (1 article/week), meaning 52 articles that are not published yet - Strictly no copying from the internet. We will check for content duplication.
3. Must be original and SEO optimized with keywords used frequently
4. SEO Marketing as required
5. Must generate at $50+ a day
6. Site should be mainly marketing and advertising oriented. If you have a different idea on what the website/blog should be I am open to hear it.
7. All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing- Must contain related images to niche topic-
8. Unique organic traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites)- Must Be Adsense optimized-
9. Payment will only be made AFTER I see constant income in my Adsense account and receive payments from websites totaling 150% of your price. I will hold the payment until this. No partial payments, sorry. When conditions have been met successfully, you will be paid in full.
The bidder should consider the following points: Tell me how you direct and increase traffic to the website. Put the word understood in the bid to see which of you have read it. Show me the proof of income after 30 days of launching a website, day by day statics to be provided: Unique Visitor, Unique clicks, ad clicked, text-ads clicked. Show me some of your previous website/blogs that you already created and are being profitable .Traffic and ads clicks must be 100% within Adsense TERMS OF SERVICE.
