We are looking for an experienced mobile phone application development team to build a location based tracking mobile application and related web service and we are requesting a quote for an application to be installed on IPhone, Android smartphones to be initially used to track the movements of the vehicles (step1) and in the future to add additional functionalities such Facebook integration, contests, etc. (step 2)
This project will start on 1 or 2 months and need to be completed in 60 days including final testing.
This project will be awarded based on the following criteria (in order of importance):
• Overall cost.
• Experience on mobile app development.
• Additional features proposed.
• Time of development and completion.
Project is strictly limited to 5000$, higher bids will not be reviewed. Teams without track record and experience on mobile app development will not be considered.
