HTML - Convert PSD to HTML

I have initially one PSD that I need converting to HTML - but ideally am looking for someone who can do these for me on a semi-regular basis.
Finished code must be W3C validated - however unlike most - I actually prefer the finished code to use tables - in all instances I would provide the PSD plus a JPG showing where table cells should be.
Preference given to UK coders who can use Windows Live Messenger for ongoing contact.
