Hello, I require a web designer to do the following:
I have a PSD with my "one page scrolling presentation" ,
All I need is a web designer to add a fixed navigation on the top.
I need the PSD converting to html, not bother if the designer just slices the document, as long as it is responsive on all screens thats fine.
I require a navigation menu, when clicked it should move down to the section of the page, also they should be a hovering button to go back up again.
It's not a website but more of a presentation document that just needs adjusting, i don't need the detail that goes into a website, but just the stuff that will enable me to view and scroll the document efficiently.
Budget is crucial and I will most likely be considering lower bids, I need this done by today! so time aswell.
