i need to build a 1 stop shop for all indian online startups [including but not limited to]:
1. domain registration
2. site hosting
3. UI templates
4. site building tools
5. ssl certificates
6. payment gateways
7. shopping carts
8. 3rd party login [fb, twitter, yahoo. google] integration
9. vendor management module [reporting, forums]
10 employee management module [commission calculations]
each of the above will be a milestone for 10% payment
all payouts to me must be in rs.
no wholesalers with forex payouts unless they can transfer it directly to my bank a/c
it costs $5-10 to encash a forex cheque / DD / MO in fees so i don't want that
same applies for international wire transfers [$10-20 fees] as being a reseller is a low margin or low volume biz
no paypal either since they don't have INR transactions
think of this site as an 'online startup in a box' for indians
i will provide the domain and site template [unless you have something simpler / more elegant]
you will provide everything else to make this go live / operational
if you live abroad, you will be highly unlikely to complete the milestones listed above so avoid bidding
