Help me make C# forms or WPF project to keep track of 3 tables of data in xml.

I need help building small forms or wpf application to keep track of data but I want it in xml instead of database. Just 3 simple tables: customers, orderHeaders, and lineItems and their relationships. Stick them on datagridview with master-detail page and some databinding.
