They have a private branding option under their affiliate control panel
So what i am looking here is for someone to customize this for me.
will be needed:
1-Global Header
(This will be inserted directly after
the opening <body> tag on all pages)
2-Global Footer
(This will be inserted directly before
the closing </body> tag on all pages)
3-Home Page Header
(This will replace the Global Header
for your "Home" page only)
4-Home Page Footer
(This will replace the Global Footer
for your "Home" page only)
5- Logo
