Web data mining, data extraction - repost 3

A simple data mining program is required that can be run daily and extracts repeating data sets (text and numbers) from nominated web page sources - After 'setup', an easy to use one click .exe file with data exported to various worksheets within a excel workbook. I'll also need to be able to adjust the programming if the web page source changes.
I'm guessing about the skills that relate to the project but uou'll know if you can do it - I think it's a pretty simple and straightforward programming exercise for someone who knows what they are doing :-)
