I'm looking to create a betting app for Android, and have a detailed list of features and functionalities that I would like to see included. The app does not need to integrate with any existing systems or platforms, and I am confident that the completed project will provide users with an enjoyable and streamlined betting experience.

The app should enable users to easily and quickly place bets, manage their accounts, and enjoy a fully optimized betting experience. It should also offer up-to-date data on current and upcoming betting offers, intuitive navigation, and enhanced security measures to ensure data is kept safe. Furthermore, it should enable users to access a variety of different betting experiences, such as live and pre-match bets, as well as traditional sports betting.

I am looking for experienced developers who have great technical knowledge and can apply their expertise to ensure my requirements are met and that the desired outcomes are achieved. The app must look and feel modern and be fully optimized to work on a range of devices and operating systems.
