borderland c++ quick program gui created

need a program created to install files on a vista and xp or 2003 machine. do not want to use a Microsoft installer service.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

1. program must take a command line argument and compress all data. in a directory 2. key file- in file will be a. the location where the end file will decompress to. b. options- place shortcut on desktop or not. place shorcut in menu bar., start now, run slient install or not. if not prompt in gui for option choices. So in the end your program will compress all files in a directory and create an exe file to extract all data. the file created in the end will be a self extracting exe file that prompts user with settings for the install. but if silent is in key file optoins just install with no questions asked just a finished log file in teh end stating thank you for installing software. and place log on screen if sucsessfull or not.
