I need a blogger template customized.

Job Description:
The look and feel of the blogger site above should be made to match the look and feel of the site, [url removed, login to view]
The look and feel should match in the following ways:
1. Page background: The blogger site should have the same background as the verudgosbeachresort site.
2. Top Nav: The blogger site should have the same top nav as the verdugosbeachresort site. (It should not include the picture carousel, just the site's banner title, and the nav itself, with all the proper links built into the nav.
3. Footer: The site should have the same footer as the verdugosbeachresort site.
4. Removal of the blogger built in Nav (the blue area the very top of the blogger page.)
That is it. The blogger site does not need to be customized in any other way.
To be delivered upon completion:
1. Complete blogger template code with any needed style files.
2. Any necessary instructions.
