C programmers required for CLI implementation..

I require a C programmer for a project to implement a CLI implementation

The person should be sound in C with thorough understanding in:

1. Pointers.

2. Data structures.

3. Multi threading.

Project Details:

Platfrom : linux

Basically we have to make a CLI for executing user queries. The user queries will be given at the console, a threaded operation will be performing this task.

The CLI will be of the form [command id as an integer] [sub-menu switch if exists] [values1|values2... 0 or more values as applicable]

For eg1

1 meterid [command accepting 1 value]

- where 1 is the command id for getting meter readings which invokes the function with associated value for meterid.

eg2:

2 5 "test message' [command accepting 2 value]

2 is the command id for send message, 5 is the ,message id and test message is the message string

eg3

7 r 0x001 [command with sub-meu ] read a value from 0x001 address

7 w 0x001 - write a value to 0x001 address.
