Hi there,

I am having trouble compiling and building two related software packages, so I am looking to have an expert in C++ building and compiling on WINDOWS help me out.

Applications are located at:? <[url removed, login to view]>

Username: Academic_User

Password:? Xry3x4

The first application I need build into a binary package is:

Rosetta++ 2.3.1 (SnugDock)

The second application I need built is:

Rosetta 3.1

They are similar application suites, but should be build-able individually (they have difference features despite being related). ? There is documentation for the installation, but I am getting linker errors left and right, none of which are documented. ?
