Arma 3 Multi-Threading Mod Attempt Number 5

I am looking for a skilled modder and developer to help with performance optimization in the Arma 3 game. The purpose of this mod is to improve the overall game performance and finally, after 10 years, give it Multi-Threading support like it should have been given in the first place.
The following countries are not allowed to take part in this project unless the individuals that reside in these places fulfill some small criteria as per myself having trust issues with anyone outside of the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Ireland, Australia and New Zealand:
Pakistan.
India.
China.
Russia (banned from my projects entirely).
Ukraine.
Azerbaijan.
Japan.
Korea.
Israel.
Skills and experience needed:
- Strong knowledge and experience in modding Arma 3
- Proficiency in multi-threading and performance optimization techniques
- Familiarity with the game's graphics rendering and AI systems
- Experience in cide development in general
Key requirements:
- Optimize the game's performance to make it run smoother and faster
- Identify and address any bottlenecks in the mods code
- Improve the overall gameplay experience by reducing lag and improving frame rates
Additional information:
- There is no specific benchmark performance target, I simply want the game to be better overall, and this mod is the best way of doing it.
- Any suggestions or advice on how to achieve better performance is welcome.

Also the mod must be open source, so that others can use it.
This will be uploaded as a repository to my GitHub page for everyone to download and improve upon once completed.
