Convert TradingView PineScript indicators into C# classes

I am looking for an expert developer who can convert TradingView PineScript indicators into C# classes. The purpose of this project is to integrate these indicators into a custom trading platform.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong proficiency in C# programming language
- Expert knowledge of PineScript and TradingView indicators
- Knowledge of Technical Analysis is important as the converted indicators will need to match the output of the indicators inside TradingView
The two indicators, which are freely available on TradingView that I need converted are:
1. Linear Regression Candles (LinReg Candles)
2. UT Bot Alerts
My plan would be to pass in OHLC data to the classes and have it return the information that I need. In the case of #1, it should return the dimensions of the candle, and the black "trend" line. With #2, this returns either "BUY", "SELL", or nothing at all, depending on the scripts rules.
