10000 classified ads psoting at 2 cents per post

Service provider is expected to post 10000 classified ads with atleast 200 post per day. There is no upper limit on number of post. It is a copy paste job. service provider need to copy from an another site/sites (i will give the required details) and post it on my site. For each classified ad posted he/she will be paid 2 cents (USD).
Although picture posting is not mandatory special care needs to be taken about the choosing location and selecting the right category.
The posting has to be across all categories evenly. Focus has to be "jobs", "real estate" and "for sale" categories.
About payment: milestone will be raised in two steps. 100 USD for first 5000 posts and subsequent 100 USD for completion.
