Medical Taxonomy/Categorisation - create from multiple health sites

I am looking for someone with perfect english and also good knowledge of medical terms/the body.
We have a list of medical terms, conditions, procedures and I want to create a taxonomy that makes sense, these need to be categorized into a hierarchy.
The hierarchy needs to be tightly focused so it doesn't get too big (you can add more master categories if necessary), there can be up to 5 subcategories
You will need to understand all of the medical terms (at least the ones that don't require a degeree in medicine), so similar groups can be merged - as the aim is to create a really tightly focused hierarchy i.e. not too many at the higher levels. Each level of hierarchy within a parent category should be alphabetically sorted.
I also require that words are not duplicated so that the category "stomach ulcer" would appear as "ulcer" as a child of the category "stomach".
I will be available for some clarification although I expect for you to complete 99% of it by yourself.
This is a sizable job and will need to be completed to very high standard.
