Basically, all i'm wanting is a Utility Bill/Drivers license or Passport from any country and state.
Utility bill + proof of ID is required. (They must corrolate)
I will pay you $5
Note* All information submitted will be edited by myself, no id theft will be taking place, i need these as forms of templates for paypal verification.
I'll be editing them out, unless you're good with photoshop (you could do it) and do not butcher it so i'll be able to add different information to the documents without too much time of mine being wasted in editing.
I think $5 is fair.
