Simple Flash template customizations required

Please check the modifications that are required. There might be a few more and I will send them to you as we go along.

--> I need to modify the gallery page: when clicking on pictures i need the description of girls on right and thumbnails under.

--> the donation page is the worst one .. coding of flash needs to be changed. i will replace it for a schedule page.

--> i also need glowing design for my links. want to remove button style and color.

All the pics and descriptions should be read through XML and also speed of the site should not be slow.
