I have a interactive world map in flash that needs customization.

The map does everything, zoomes in - out, etc. What I need in plus:

1. When zoomed into continents every country gets his flag colour.

2. Plus to add some waves to the oceans. It seem some flash project will be provided with those waves just needs implementation to the world map.

3. This modification should not disturb the current working map.

You must have experience in flash and action script. Automatic bids will be ignored.

I will reply to those whose bid tells clearly they understand what I need.
