We designed this layout in Fireworks and would like it turned into a website. It needs a few more things but you should be able to get the idea.
What is the best way to build this? Flash vs. Wordpress CMS?
The background image must change every couple of seconds
The buttons must all have rollover effects
The page should load smoothly with animations
The blog needs to be a wordpress blog that pops up
We need this done as soon as possible.
