Flutter App: Instant Notification Delay Fix

I need a Flutter expert who can address and fix an issue with the instant call notifications in my application. The application is built for both iOS and Android. Presently, notifications are triggering; however, there's a varying delay that's become a major stumbling block to an optimal user experience. We are using FCM for notification sending.
