I would like three (3) different logos that will be used on landing pages announcing my websites are "coming soon".

Nothing too fancy, but quality! See the examples in the screenshot attachment. I am after a similar style, but for different projects.

One logo will be real estate related. Another, domain name related. The 3rd logo has to be game related with a water theme. (I will of course give more details to the winning designer)

I intend to deposit 100 per cent of your payment into escrow and will release it when I am happy with the logos and you send the source files. (if you prefer another payment arrangement please suggest it in the PMB)

Please show me samples, your portfolio.

I would like the logos to be completed asap.
