Flyer design

Hi guys,

I need a new flyer to be designed for my business.

First, I must say that you must have marketing skills to bid on this project as I will require your experience on gaining the best on most enticing flyer.

Instead of telling customers what we do, I want to solve their problem. E.g. We clean out gutters and provide general preventative property maintenance (all our services listed below) and I want to inform potential clients of the danger of letting water enter their home, either by a leaking roof or by blocked gutters. (Which causes huge amounts of property damage and potentially causes electrical and fire hazards)

I also want to inform our potential customers that with regular low cost maintenance will prevent large expenses and insurance costs etc.

But the whole flyer will have to tie in together, be very smart and to the point without a lot of writing. Pictures (usable pictures) of property damage due to leaking roofs and electrical hazards created by water would be good!

My logo and all contact details will have to be added to the flyer as well as the discounts currently shown on the existing flyer.
