Simple Image Editing Project

I have 25 images which need to be edited so that they can be used in the header area of a website. I have attached an example of an original image ([login to view URL]) and the finished image ([login to view URL]). As you will see the image is faded into the background colour and it has space to the left of the image, which is where the website title is positioned.
All 25 images need the same effect applied to them, as they will all be used on the same wordpress theme.
I have attached a 2nd example ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL]).
This should be a very simple project, so need to keep the cost down as low as possible.
