I am looking for someone to do the art work for a children's book. The text is already set and the images desired are also somewhat formulated, but open to suggested improvements. The freelancer must be an artist first with software skills on a popular software program. The book is expected to be about 20 pages. I am looking for quality and proven experience. I am not looking for the lowest price, but the best quality I can get within my budget, so please only apply if you have proven experience.
