Need an Illustration of the Front of the Building

I need an illustration completed that will show how the brownstone in the attached image will look when it is renovated.

I need you to produce a design that displays the following work:

1) Remove the fire escape

2) Clean the brick

3) Install a new WOODEN front door (see attached image of the door)

4) Install WOODEN framing for the door

5) Install 2 door lights to the right and let of the door (see image: [url removed, login to view])

6) Install marble staircase RAILS with an !8th Century LANTERN STATUE at the end of each railing (see attached image of railing statute)

7) Install 18th Century Window Shutters and color the windows accordingly

8) Install an 18th Century SHOP window on the first floor

9) Install a chandelier in the vestibule (see image: [url removed, login to view])

10) There should be TWO (2) images that show a DAY and NIGHT TIME view. With the night time view, the light coming from the vestibule will be a rich gold color reflecting off the interior walls (See attached image of a hallway with a golden glow)

Your illustration needs to be very clear to see details and to enlarge the image to poster size. I will be interested in making a 3D rendering from your drawings
