This is a iPhone app project. The requirement are in the following:

A) Customer Registration

1) After customer downloads the app from apple store, she/he has to register and enter the information.

i) Name

ii) Email address

iii) phone number

iv) company name

2) This information will come to the company webserver.

3) Someone from company has to look at the registration and accept it and it will sent to the SMS gateway and let the customer knows it has been accepted (This process (3) will not handled by the iPhone app and not part of this project)

B) Sent indicative $

1) Customer will login to the app and the app will have to verify

2) customer will enter the following information before click 'Sent Request'

i) Project Name (*)

ii) Street Name (*)

iii) Block/House

iv) Unit#

v) Floor Area (*)

vi) Land Area

vii) Asking $/Purchase $

viii) Remarks

(*) - compulsory fields

3) Click a button 'Sent Request'

4) It will update into the company webserver.

5) It will link with an internal application and pick up the request and reply. It will sent out the reply through SMS (This process is not part of the iPhone app and not part of this project)
