build a simple android game - repost

Hello,

I am looking for an android developer to write a simple game (based on a children board game).

the main idea of the game:

the board of the game is a Europe map (will be provided).

all the players (will be market as airplanes) will start from the same location on map.

at start point , each player will get (randomly) 5 destinations (location\cities on the map).

the player needs to arrive to all those 5 destinations in order to win the game.

in each turn , the player will throw a virtual dice and a random number will be shown (1-6).

this number is the number of moves that the player can move , for example:

the player is now located at "Rome-Italy", and the dice gave the number 3, and one of the player destination is "Athens-Greece",

"Athens-Greece" can be reached by 3 moves ("Tunis","Malta" and than "Athens"). you can see it on the attached map.

game screens:

1) splash screen (will be provided).

2) main menu screen (new game, settings, about,exit).

3) new game screen - screen for players names, choose if the player is human or computer, players airplane picture\color)

4 ) the game screen - the map with the players - on the game screen the player will see the virtual dice and a "sliding Drawer" that will show him all the player destinations at any given time.

note - the actual size of the map is bigger than most phones screen size, so you have to take care of this (can be up to you how to implement it).

this is only the main idea of the game , i will provide all the requested information when needed.

this project can be implemented using only android framework (no games engines,openGL,etc).

this game is for University course and not for publishing , and i have a small budget for this project.
