Sencha Touch Developer required for web app

Sencha Touch Developers are required for developing web app which need to run on all devices. The guys /gals with sencha experience will be preferred. You need to show that you have good grounding in Sencha Touch (preferably 2.0)
The application is MVC application where wire frame will be provided to the developer with test json data. All communication to server will be made using JSON REST API.
All model in sencha need to confirm to json model and store should act as online store with jsonReader and jsonWriter.
The code need to be structure model, views tied togather by controller. We would also need to customize the same using SASS.
The selected coder will be required to develop the front end interface and demonstrate successful working. The project scope also entails explanation of the source code and proper documentation.
Terms and Conditions:
a) All the code used should strictly adhere to sencha guidelines. No modification of the base code permitted. All extension of core classe needed to be approved before putting to actual use.
b) All code to be properly documented and commented. Please indicate what documentation style you follow for javascript coding.
c) We shall maintain full, exclusive, and unrestricted ownership and copyright of the end product, all source code, plans, and developmental materials.
d) The gui interface should be bug free and should be tested in webkit browser (Safari & Chrome) and should support caching to speed up the load time.
e) The successful coder should have necessary experience of working with OOPS and MVC.

i) The selected coder will be working in test environment on our servers.
j) You need to execute an NDC before we start our work. The wireframe have 15 pages. So in all there would be 15 views and some pop up and views. We would be sharing the wireframe once we zeroed down to select group of developers.
k) Successful and efficient completion of this project on schedule will lead to granting you high preference in consideration for subsequent Sencha Touch projects planned to begin immediately after this project.
