Payment Page Correction

I need to have my securepay merchant payment processor corrected, this payment processor is one they offered as an easy build , however in their Demo the checkout page shows, when a customer enters the credit card info it ask for the cvv2 number, but when I set up my payment page it does not ask the customer for the cvv2 number. I need this correct beause i need the credit card cvv2 , my tranactions go through without the cvv2 # but that causes very many chargebacks I need this corrected. attached is the easyshop demo and go here & do a mock transaction through my easyshop and see their is no cvv2 space.
