Javascript for dynamic image display

I need to have a javascript created to do the exact same things as the second dynamic section (the area with size 730x205. it is right under the spash/main banner) at in [url removed, login to view]
1. The end-user experience must be identical to the referenced site. This includes the transition style, speed control, image loading, etc.
2. These must be customizable: sizes, links, images, tabs, texts, transition styles and speeds.
3. Must be cross-browser compatible for at least IE7,IE6,IE8,Firefox,Chrome,Safari,Opera.
4. Must use jquery and can only use the latest jquery core package. No other libraries are allowed.
5. Delivered codes must be readable, clean and compact. This will affect my rating for you.
Should be delivered within two days.
Payment will be escort and paid only above conditions are met.
This should be pretty easy (no more than 2 hours) for someone that is very experienced with jquery. Please do not bid if you are new and try to just do it by copying from different existing libraries.
