1. Use current header as the basis for creating a strict-dynamic CSP header using best practices.
2. Document the changes made e.g. files, location and how to add or modify directives.
3. Apply to development site
4. After testing, apply to production site
5. Use report-only mode so that I can monitor for a week.
Acceptance Criteria:
1. There are no CSP policy violations reported in the browser
2. Policy is strict-dynamic with nonces as required
3. Scripts are not blocked e.g. Google Analytics and Dynatrace rum and Cloudflare
