Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
-Assist General Manager to coordinate with all functional heads for business objectives and company plan alignment.
-Process and monitor approval procedures in daily operations such as contract chopping and signing, application processing, etc.
-Assist General Manager in business document compiling and translation such as routine business reports, correspondence letters, and company announcements.
-Engage in online meetings with China tech stakeholders
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering
-Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
-Ability to multitask
-Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
-Proficient in speaking and writing Chinese/Mandarin

Anticipated hours per week:
- 10-20 hours
Skills and experience needed:
- Proficiency in data entry and email management
- Familiarity with Outlook scheduling tool
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
