modification of source code (android) for adding some more function

Project Description:
I have designed my app in one of the cloud based tools. It is now ready to get exported as apk in Eclipse. I need the following options and functions to be incorporated in the source code (I will provide) and then the source code sent back to me.
1- Make it require activation code upon first run after installation, or after a trail period. The activation code should be tied to the device's ID so one code should not work in more than one device (Licencing). It should be noted that my app is not uploaded on play store. So the licensing should work out of google store. The activation code should be authenticated and validated with my server, the higher level of security the better.
2- Encryption of the content of Doc folder inside Assets folder. The format of the content is HTML. the content should be encrypted in a way so that it can not be edited or used without my permission. It is for protecting contents of my app if one extract them.
3- Changing the menu from single line to multi lines (menu is list view) so that if the title in the menu is long, it should not be continued with dots at the end, rather next line should be started.
4- Create four more options for menu button. When mobiles’ menu button is tabbed or pressed for options should appear:
I- Home (to be linked to home page. If user press this, he/she should be led to home page)
II- Search (search word or short phrase within the whole content of the app. Only the searched word or phrase should appear and be listed. Each one if touched should lead directly to its place in the HTML Doc.)
III- Send email: (if touched or pressed stir up native apps for emailing)
IV- About (linked to HTML doc named “[login to view URL]” exist in the asset folder.
Names for these options should be localized, hence, I should be instructed how to rewrite them in my human language.
The source code you send me back should not require me any other works apart from those that needed to be done by me, like changing the names mentioned in item number 4.
amendments:
1- no need for item number 3
2- three buttons (except search button) will be created. They need to be tied to the device's menu button.
3- php or API should be part of item number 2.
