This "truth or dare" application is basically a deck of cards. The deck includes 34 Truth card images, 34 Dare card images and one "joker" card image.
A player is presented with an image of a truth card beside the image of a dare card (randomly selected and, within a game, not repeated) and she chooses only one, receiving her instructions.
There are 34 truth questions and 34 dares; but these are not correlated to the images, they are shuffled behind them so that players will never know what question to expect. The user must be able to save a game that is in progress to avoid repeating truths/dares.
The artwork is all original and one of the game's selling points.
And we are interested in the possibility of a multi-player (on multiple devices) version, where people have all downloaded the app and are networked together, each using their own device. Any bid should include the basic design cost of the simple pick-a-card variety and also the additional cost of adding a networked feature. Also, we need to know the additional cost of supporting more languages.
