Cloudkit, build a Countdown to a specific time and memory issue with PDFs -- 2

Hi,
I have an existing project where I would like to implement a running timer where the user selects a time with picker and you see a countdown in a label. (if we have time maybe implement animation, such as T- 00:20 or T- 00:10 get a notification...).
Then on the same project I have a PDFs files, but when loaded usually the memory start to spike and eventually the App crashes, I don´t know how to reduce the memory(I reduced the size of the PDFs but to a lower level, still causing the App to crash)
Then, I have another project, you have initial view and you can add airports in a data base and CoreData. I am trying to implement Cloudkit and public data base, the idea is for all the users to be able to retrieve, save, display as well as be able to have the access to the same database, thus everyone could update the data and everyone could get the same information.
In the simulator was working, then i place it into "production" for TestFlight but is not synchronizing between physical devices. I did all the developer entitlements to production, on the dashboard it doesn't sync anymore. I don´t know how to continue.
