I need somebody to create an app for Android and iPhone. The purpose of the app will be to measure height, circumference and diameter of an object. This will be elaborated to the interested and winning bidder on PM.

I would like the graphics to be done nicely that'll reflect the purpose of the app.

Payments will be done in stages. I want to ensure the app will be built and working first, uploaded and accepted on Google Play and iTunes and bugs free after the launch.
