Using Visual basic 10 I would like a form creating which has two buttons Encrypt and Decrypt. When the user selects the Encrypt button it needs to allow the user to be able to select a text file and then it should encrypt the file based on a simple encryption algorithm. It should then allow the user to save this new encrypted file with a new file name. When the user clicks on the decrypt message, it should allow the user to select the file and it should then read the encrypted file and decrypt it and display the decrypted text on screen.
