Kerio Control troubleshooting

Hello!

We have installed Kerio control 9

it's working fine but for users that connect to servers remotely to access internet, kerio asks for login information but doesn't accept and asks again repeatedly.

and the other thing is that office and lync want to connect to internet through kerio and they ask for login information repeatedly too.

can you troubleshoot this problem for us?
