Form Builder Project Team Lead Needed
₹820-984 INR / hour
We are looking for an exceptional Team Lead to join our dynamic form builder project. We are seeking candidates who can bring an 11/10 level of expertise and leadership to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining the dynamic form builder project.
- Work closely with product manager to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure the project adheres to best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and deployment processes.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing technical guidance and support.
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver high-quality software.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role in software development projects.
- Strong proficiency in [login to view URL] and Node.js, with a deep understanding of their ecosystems.
- Experience with Cloudflare, Heroku, and Vercel for deployment and hosting.
- Familiarity with Husky and lint tools for code quality.
- Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly GitHub.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with a fast turnaround and meet project deadlines consistently.
