Your job will be to design a PCI 104 Express board similar to this

The board must have an upper and lower 104 Express connection for 16 lanes of PCI Express v3.0. We require it so that 4 of these boards stack using 4 lanes each adhering to PCI 104 Express lane guidance.

The new board will have;

a). 4 PCI Express v3.0 lanes to be connected to an MXM 3.1 connector

b). 4 x video headers ( 2x DisplayPort, 2 x HDMI ).

c). suitable external power connector for up to 100W.
