get bugzilla to work on RHEL

followed installation instructions for buzilla 3.0 on RHEL 5 to work on mod_perl for Apache web server ([url removed, login to view]) but htppd won't start up.

I want someone familair with bugzilla, Apache and mod_perl to fix this error and get bugzilla to working.

Here's the error:

service httpd start
